Guests are responsible for complying with local laws, safety regulations and house rules.

Guests must maintain cleanliness and order.

When using the restrooms, guests should remember NOT to throw toilet paper, tissues, feminine hygiene products, or other trash down the toilet, as this will result in a breakdown of the sewage system and costly repairs that will be made immediately while guests are in the house. The costs of such repairs will be covered by the guests.

Guests must carefully handle equipment, furniture, textiles and dishes in the house, avoiding damage to them.

Smoking is allowed only outside the house with mandatory compliance fire safety rules, using ashtrays.

Cooking on open fire is only permitted in the BBQ area.

Guests are solely responsible for their own safety when using the pool. Lifeguard services are not provided; each pool is equipped with a lifebuoy in accordance with European Union requirements. Guests must not leave children or other disabled persons unattended.

The company carries out gardening mantainance every Monday from 8.00 to 18.00.

Our compaany reserve the right to access the property for a safety check.
